The Pre-Employment Auto Body Repair program is an intensive 15-week training designed to prepare you for entry-level positions in the auto body trade. This program provides foundational knowledge in repair techniques, shop safety and industry regulations through hands-on experience in a professional training environment.

You will develop essential skills in component removal and installation, substrate preparation and basic sheet metal repair. Training also includes body filler application, vehicle detailing and an introduction to shop operations and communication. As Alberta’s largest provider of auto body training, NAIT ensures you receive high-quality technical instruction that aligns with industry standards and apprenticeship requirements.
